He began his business career in October 1978. He graduated
form Project Design Institute of COSTIND, majored in project
budget in 1980, and graduated from Beijing Central Finance
Management College, majored in accounting in 1986, and also
finished his graduate course in economy management in Guangdong
Social Science Institute in July 2001. From November 1978
to December 1984, he worked in COSTIND 89808 Army. From November
1986 to June 1988, he worked as assistant of finance section
of 89811 Army. He had been successively appointed to the positions
of branch director, section chief and person-in-charge of
credit section in Shihezi Branch of China Construction Bank
from July 1988 to June 1992. He had taken the positions of
infrastructure supervisor, vice section chief, section chief,
assistant director, deputy GM and secretary of CCP committee
from July 1992 to January 2003. From February 2003 till now,
he's COO of China Merchants Petrochemical Co., Ltd. He was
elected CCP Committee Member of China Merchants Petrochemical
Co., Ltd. in 2005. He was elected Member of Outlay Examination
Committee of Shekou Industrial Zone in October 2005. He's
COO of China Merchants Logistics Holding Co., Ltd. from January
2006 on.
